Just a silly blog about wakesurfing. By and for wakesurf addicts. Boards, boats, ballast configurations, and any other silly things that waste our hard earned money.

Prototype Board
Here's a few photos of my latest project shaped from 2in XPS billet foam.
I've picked up sheets of foam at various places. First place was a guy who makes RC airplane wings.
Then I picked up a couple of blocks from Univfoam.com. They have a $250 min order, but you can make 5-8 boards depending on how big they are. it is a lot of work to hotwire them and glue them up. It is probably easier to just buy a blank from foamez.com but a little more expensive (but a lot less work).
