looks like an awesome board. what did use for the design and how much rocker?

thanks!

came up with the shape myself. i used a piece of roofing felt to cut out the outline -- half of the outline. then put it on the foam to trace one side, next flipped it over and traced the other side.

as for rocker it is really flat. about 2 3/4" on the nose and about 1/4" on the tail.

Thats great I am going to try my first one this winter. Live in ut so the boat is up for the winter. Did you say it was epoxy and where did get the blank from. Are planning on building more?

it is epoxy -- "Resin Research" brand

The foam is EPS (pretty much the same foam that is used in packaging appliances, TVs, etc. I got a few sheets from a local RC airplane wing guy. 2lb density. carved it up with mostly handtools and various sanding blocks.

my next two shapes i'm working on -->
- surf/skate (more of a rectangular shape)
- a noserider model

i'll be posting up more pics as they come together...
